The conference started with a keynote each day by world leaders including our Terry Anderson. My presentation occurred on the 26th, and attended by a good group of people. The presentation was well received. One of the questions or suggestions given by the audience was if we can build a mechanism into the FAQ system to let students rate the questions and answers; another question asked by Jon Dron from England (he is joining AU in August as he has planned) was about how the consistency and redundancy can be better discovered an maintained.en
With the development of the Web, online course delivery is gaining its popularity everyday. But no matter how courses delivered, there is one thing that never changes in education. For students, they will have to get all the questions answered, and for the teachers, they will have to answer all the questions students raised. It is often that in a course the same questions are asked again and again, although with certain variations. In this paper, we report an intelligent system that was designed and implemented for teachers to build up a list of frequently asked questions and answers, and use the FAQ in online course delivery.en
