dc.description.abstract | This investigation includes a description of the mobile friendly implementation of both text and multimedia content using a smartphone (a Treo 650) from a content provider’s perspective. This study involves research into the application of a user interface for multimedia content as well as an examination of the limitations imposed by the small size of mobile devices. Implementation has involved the use of CSS stylesheets for the content and the use of proxy applications to convert content “on-the-fly”. A table displaying the comparative features of different mobile conversion proxy applications is provided. | en |
