Feminist Family Therapy: The Process of Writing a Women’s Studies Correspondence-Based Distance Course
Abstract
This presentation will explore the process of writing a women’s studies correspondence-based distance course on Feminist Family Therapy, the third course written by these two authors. Along with the usual challenges of writing a Canadian distance delivery course, a number of other challenges were encountered. The biggest challenge was although many Canadian counselors say they practice Feminist Family Therapy, very little has been recently written about it in Canada.
