Beliefs play a significant role in most of the work we do with clients as career practitioners. This session will examine beliefs and belief structures historically and from an interdisciplinary viewpoint although the main analysis will be psychological. In particular, there will be a focus on the hidden nature of self-beliefs and the role of transformative experiences in exposing such beliefs. Participants will be invited to join in a modest analysis of their own structure of beliefs.en
