dc.description.abstractThis project will provide a general socio-economic profile of both provinces using key economic, social, health and some environmental indicators for comparative analysis of well-being conditions in both provinces. As well, concurrent with the Socio-economic Profile (#1), we will examine the potential drivers, trends and impacts on Alberta’s and B.C.’s social economy including issues such as: climate change, peak oil, water supply and quality scarcity, sustainable food production/security.en
