Workplace learning theories and perspectives: Re-thinking project learning practices.

Abstract

This paper examines workplace learning perspectives and relates them to project management reviews and communities of practice, both of which are social and relational processes. Findings indicate that the boundaries between the field of workplace learning and project management remain to be researched and can help us advance the field of project management.
