In deciding not to try to regulate the Internet, is the Canadaian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) in danger of becoming an anachronism? Dr. Fil Fraser, Visiting Graudate Professor, Centre for Integrated Studies, will address the disintermediation of broadcasting and communications-how the digital world is forcing profound changes on the evolution of the Canadian broadcasting system. As a broadcaster who entered the industry before the advent of television, Dr. Fraser will present an overview of how we got here, and where we are headed.en
