Abstract

This presentation to a 2007 seminar in Vancouver, Canada, of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) was based on research compiled for the BC-Alberta Social Economy Research Alliance (BALTA) in a 2006 report. The research report provided an updated summary of earlier research regarding Quebec government policies in support of the social economy sector.
