Abstract

This presentation to the 2009 symposium of the BC-Alberta Social Economy Research Alliance (BALTA) reports on BALTA Project A9, which looked at successful cases of affordable housing provision through social economy organizations (non-profits and co-ops) in teh face of decreased government financial support.
